Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
We provide a range of shipping options to suit your needs. Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $75, with a small fee applied to orders below this amount.
For customers in metro areas, we offer next-day delivery, while those in Sydney can take advantage of our same-day delivery service.
My order has shipped but hasn't moved in several days.
Occasionally, delays within the carrier network may cause delays to your order, and unfortunately, these are beyond our control.
Once you’ve received your tracking number, it means your order has been collected from our warehouse and is now with the carrier. As such, we are unable to lodge inquiries with them on your behalf.
We recommend contacting the carrier directly to inquire about any delays.
If your parcel is deemed lost in transit, please reach out to us, and we will gladly offer either a full refund or send a replacement item.
How long until my order is shipped?
We strive to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on the same business day.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, which will include a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Do you ship overseas?
Currently, we only ship within Australia. However, we’re excited to announce that we plan to launch our New Zealand store soon, bringing our exceptional fragrances to our Kiwi neighbors!

How do I place an order?

What is your store currency?
All prices are shown and processed in Australian dollars (AUD).
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
All payments are securely processed using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol with a 128-bit encryption key (the highest level commercially available). Rest assured, we do not store any of your payment information.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing your order as soon as it is submitted, so changes or cancellations are unlikely. However, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Refunds
Can I cancel my order for a refund?
Our policy generally does not allow cancellations once an order is placed. However, in certain cases, your order may need to be canceled due to stock unavailability or a return. If this happens, our team will notify you directly regarding the refund.
How long do refunds take to reflect?
If your order is refunded, either fully or partially, you will receive an email confirming the refund. This means the payment amount has been processed by our payment provider.
Refunds typically appear in your account within 1-3 business days, depending on your bank. Please note that business days refer to Monday through Friday.
Unfortunately, this timeline is determined by your financial institution, and we are unable to expedite the process.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
Our returns policy is valid for 100 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges if more than 100 days have passed since your purchase.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
